Power Point

This week was a fun class. I am not too familiar with PowerPoint because I have been out of college for a while and it wasn’t something classes required to do back then. I am glad we are doing these so I can learn how we can incorporate it into my future classroom. We did a music PowerPoint with flashcards and it was fun. I love music and as a drama teacher I can incorporate the similar project to my classroom.


As a student now I can use this PowerPoint knowledge for projects and lessons I have to teach in my other classes. . The book we used that we used, 50 PowerPoint activities, will help me think of fun and exciting ways to incorporate PowerPoints in my lessons. I can help others in my groups who may not be too familiar with PowerPoints too.


Now that I have learned this new tool of PowerPoint I will be able to make my future classes that I will teach more visual. There is one activity that is about creating characters. I think this would be a fun activity for my future class because it will help in scriptwriting lessons. The students will be able to make PowerPoint activities while they are coming up with characters for their scripts. They can also do this while they are trying to create their own character they will be portraying.
